ABOUT ME

My name is Ed Stambollouian and I am an amateur food writer and passionate home cook. I love reading, writing and talking about food; from the history of dishes, exploring new recipes, and developing my own. I'm half Armenian and have a particular interest in culinary traditions from the Middle East. This website is a way for me to share my passion with more people and to capture my culinary adventures. And yes, that mug has Kim Kardashian on it.
